Very clean. Park has small store, recreation room, playground. Permanents take up the water spots but there are clean spots with views. It is a 5 minute walk to the malecón.

Getting there

Directions: Highway 5 past traffic circle into town until end. Turn right (South) on Mar de Cortez until the end.
