Cliff Divers of Acapulco

Acapulco is the grand-papa of Mexican tourist resort centers. It is a large resort city that offers a wide range of tourist accommodation including several RV Parks. A major attraction in Acapulco is the cliff divers that perform several times daily.
The men swim to the rocky wall and with bare feet climb some 60 feet above the water on an almost vertical cliff. The ceremony begins with the divers praying at a small alter perched on a ledge.
The dives are spectacular. The bathing suits – skimpy.
