recognizes the Mexican Congress.
Congreso General de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos is divided into two chambers; the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. It is housed in The Palacio Legislativo de San Lázaro in Mexico City.
The Senate has 128 seats and the Chamber of Deputies has 500 seats. No member of either chamber can sit for more than one consecutive term in office.
