Location: Driving from San Blas,
Matanchen to Los cocos, 1 Km after the Aticama river, just in front of the
Paraiso Cora Hotel and the “Los cocos Hardware”, 300 mts before the
Trailer Park Playa Amour. Google reading its, 21° 28’35.04”N, 105°11”
50.06”O but I have my doubts, need to verify.
Facilities: We can accommodate easily 20 RVs or more but want to keep the
open space feeling and do not want to saturate the place so we only
installed 7 connections, Electrical, Water, Sewer.
A lot of palm trees in line, large RVs will have no problem to enter to the
4 spaces in the center and at the front of the land but the areas and spaces
at the sides will require some maneuvers.
Bathrooms, 2 Womens + 2 Mens Restroms, 4 showers, a little pool facing to
the sea besides the stairs to the beach and 2 more showers that pool area.
Clean, beach with no big rocks, only sand most of the time some days sand
and little round stones.

This campground is a sweet find . Located
on the beach at 2 minute walk to the town of La Penita . No need to
drive to
 shops
, groceries and restaurants . There are 6 sites
 beside
the owners house . Each sites are wider than others ( 30 ft X 29 ft )
with full hook ups ( 20 Amps power , sewer and water . ) These sites are
best suited for class A and C under 30 ft overall . Parking is limited
and will not accommodate large trucks . Small cars and trailers are
welcomed . We have 2 new bathrooms with hot showers and a swimming pool
for exercises and relaxation . There is a large Happy Hour table by the
beach for socializing . We will provide internet wireless and cable TV .
Two of the nicest RV Park owners you want to meet Frank and Carol
Francoeur speak English , French and Spanish .
The park is located off of Mex. 200 between 91 and 92 Km markers . There
is a sign at the corner of Cabo San Lucas . Drive down Cabo San Lucas
toward the beach for 3 blocks then turn left on Privada Cabo San Lucas .

This park is a short walk to the village center by the beach . Come
enjoy the beautiful sunsets .

We are
confident that our road logs and driving guides will make your highway
experiences just that much better and easier. Regardless of whether you are
driving an RV or a suburban, a bike or a pick-up, our road logs will assist your journey. Even 20
year veterans of the route have benefited from the information.
We decided to present the road from a driving perspective going SOUTH. When
your are looking at the Log, you read from the bottom of the page and read
up. The Pacific Ocean, for example, would always be on your right, just as
you would view it from your driver's seat.
The KM markings are the markings that you will see as you drive. It doesn't
matter if your vehicle reads in miles or kilometers. You just read the signs
on the road to get your bearings. Sometimes one highway combines with
another and old kilometer signs are left up. Not to worry, just continue to
read the guide.
Some of the best navigation points are the Pemex Station numbers clearly
marked on all gas station signs. Topes (Mexican speed bumps) are marked in
the guide just to remind you to go slow. We included Military and
Agriculture check points even though we know these can change frequently.
(Generally they are on one side of the state border or another between the Mexican
states.)
